today was a for real tornado warning, with all the sirens going off in town and radio advice to hide out in your basement. The sky turned a crazy greenish color and there was lots of lightning. all the kids from ceramics came down to the print studio which is also a tornado shelter. (although we found out later only the bathroom is the tornado shelter.) after 45 minutes the sky cleared up and there was a for real DOUBLE rainbow. two full arches across the sky with every single color-even violet- clearly visible.
what a day!
